Human Rights Training - Gender Matters
Young Brent Foundation and its partners are working to raise awareness of the extent and damage of violence to women and girls and promote a culture of human rights and gender equality.
The Global Thinking Project focuses on girls and young women (GYW) to address the specific inequalities they face (Intersectionality), which too often results in gender-based violence.
This three-day training brings together the voluntary sector, youth workers, professionals and practitioners. The training will explore human rights education and gender equality to address gender-based violence affecting young people.
This will be the final opportunity to take part in this training, so if you haven't already, please do get involved!
Following the training, every participant will receive a certificate and be supported throughout the Global Thinking Project in their workplace, community, group, or club.
