Fun Functional Fitness has helped hundreds of clients across the community succeed in achieving various mental and physical health fitness goals. With over twenty years of combined experience in mental health care and personal training, Fun Functional Fitness offers high quality professional support. Through our work and own experience, we have seen how exercise can change people’s lives and improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing.


Our social wellbeing is closely linked to our mental and physical health, and we recognise the significance in connecting and engaging with others. Our group or family training is the perfect way to become more fit and healthy whilst sharing an activity with family or friends. These sessions naturally help us to build stronger and closer relationships, which in turn improves our mental and physical wellbeing. Each session is packed full of games and challenges to get you moving whilst having fun.
