Flourishing Futures Employment Survey

Flourishing Futures is a research project led by young people aged 16-25 from Brent, focused on the inequalities that impact barriers to employment for young people.

The partners that are involved include Young Brent Foundation, Brent Council, MTVH, Hyde, Peabody and Spark! We are a collaborative partnership committed to empowering and supporting young people.

The project is funded through a Connected Futures grant by Youth Futures Foundation, and there is a real potential to secure a further £2m of funding for Brent based on the research findings. These findings will be used to develop an action plan to address the identified barriers to employment for young people
