This report provides a summary of the evaluation of one of Brent Council’s Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) London Crime Prevention Fund (LCPF) programme, the Young Brent Foundation Global Thinking – Young Diversionary Project.

The report presented is the interim findings into the issues and experiences of young people growing up in Brent. The purpose of the research is to explore with young people the barriers faced in their journey into employment.
