Spark!

Spark! is an Education-to-Employment charity, helping young people to prepare for their working lives.  We believe every young person can leave education ready and equipped to enter the world of work. Working with employers, we enhance young people’s employability skills so they are better prepared for that transition. Working in partnership with schools, alongside a large and diverse range of employers, we enhance young people’s employability skills, knowledge and experience so that they are better prepare for and able to effectively transition into the workplace.
