About Organisation

The OK Club

For over 60 years, The OK Club has run activities for children, young people and their families, helping to build relationships, creativity, health and wellbeing. We work with young people to build character and capabilities, as they grow into active and engaged adults. We provide opportunities for young people to explore their spirituality and their place in the world, and build positive relationships they can rely on.

We run a weekly programme of activities for children and young people from 5 to 18 years. This will include a range of sports and creative activities. Some of our sessions are general drop-ins with a wide variety of activities, while others are specific activities such as a football or music session.

Our Vision

Each and every young person is living life to the full. They fulfil their potential and are contributing to a thriving local community. During the school holidays we run a range of daytime activities and trips as resources allow. The OK Club also runs a Christian missional community house, called Christian Holt House, which shares the same site as the OK Club. Individuals who live as part of the missional community contribute to Club activities as part of their tenancy.

Mission

The OK Club will work with young people and their families. We will work with them to build character and capabilities, as they grow into active and engaged adults.
