Heritage fund workshop

Heritage fund workshop
Fantastic Workshop with The National Lottery Heritage Fund - great to be back face to face and connect with members!
A really helpful session to improve our understanding of heritage, and learn how to start designing a project The Heritage Fund could fund.
Thank you to Patricia, Jasmine and Jo from the Heritage Fund.
We hope the session was helpful and that you are feeling inspired to explore heritage with your communities, and to apply for our funding.
Next Steps
· If you want to apply for a grant between £3,000 to £10,000 read this guidance and make your application when you feel ready. If you need clarification on anything or would like an informal chat about your heritage project idea, please email patricia.lichst@heritagefund.org.uk.
· If you want to apply for £10,000 to £250,000 and would like feedback on your project before applying (this is strongly recommended), then send us a Project Enquiry Form through our online application portal. You need to register here to access the form.
. Our team will send you written feedback within ten working days and give you an indication of whether your project needs more development, particularly to address our new inclusion outcome "a wider range of people will be involved in heritage", before you make a full application.
· If you have any questions related to the application form please contact sarah.STLam@youngbrentfoundation.org.uk
· Here the links to other very useful resources: What we fund, Understanding your Heritage Guidance (helpful to describe your heritage in the application) and How to involve young people in heritage (helpful to carry out consultation with young people and involve them from the beginning of your project).
