Putting Brent’s young people at the centre of talent acquisition
Flourishing Futures is a peer led research project, dedicated to empowering young people aged 16-25 in Brent to address barriers to employment, and foster inclusivity.
Funded by Youth Futures Foundation's Connected Futures Programme, The Flourishing Futures partnership comprises of Brent Council, MTVH, Hyde, and Peabody Housing Associations.
Our vision is of a borough where all young people have access to quality jobs, equal employment opportunities, fewer young people outside the labour market or in insecure work and improved progression pathways for young people.
Flourishing Futures is committed to empower young voices in Brent through our inclusive decision-making processes. With a dedicated team featuring four enthusiastic young members on our project board and ten peer researchers, we're actively fostering a community where every voice matters.
