Meet our young speakers

A culmination of extensive research by our 11 peer researchers and 4 youth board members, part of the youth driven Flourishing Futures Project. The conference will share insights drawn from comprehensive surveys, focus groups, interviews and workshops, conducted with both young people and employers.

Their mission? To delve deep into the challenges and obstacles young people face when trying to secure employment, as well as innovative ideas to improve and shape young people's employment journey in Brent.

Attendees will be granted exclusive access to the interim findings, providing a valuable resource to better understand the local employment environment.
