Breaking Barriers: Seeing is Believing in Brent

The Seeing is Believing event showcased the power of collaboration in addressing youth unemployment and creating real pathways into meaningful work. Business leaders visited Brent to hear directly from young people and understand the barriers they face in finding employment, including discrimination, lack of awareness, and limited support.

What made the day special was the young people, whose voices were at the forefront. Temi, who co-hosted the event reflected on the day:
